due to the nature of flowers, Tanith our florist and Flower Box owner may sometimes feel it neccesary to subsitute certain flowers in a bouquet but the colours and value of the design will remain the same, on the rare occasions this is required you will alwasy receive a phone call or email before we go ahead with the order. 

Each and every order is photographed before leaving the shop and a copy of this will be sent to your email provided during checkout after delivery is completed.
